My name is Jennifer Pollack (Llewellyn), ever since my small hand was able to grasp a crayon I have been creating art. Growing up in a family of creative minds gave me the opportunity to develop as an artist in a very supportive community. Throughout my secondary schooling years I found inspiration throughout my life for numerous endeavors into the arts. In 2000 I moved from the prairies to the west coast and attended Vanarts. It was under the tutelage of amazing teacher such as Charles Phillips, Birgitta Pollanen, Adam Sale, and Bill Mathews that my talents finally blossomed as I came into my own as an artist and an individual. At Vanarts I received a 2D Animation Diploma, 3D Animation Diploma, Commercial Animation Diploma, Flash Certificate, Stop Motion Certificate and Sculpting Certificate. I have been employed in various positions in animation and illustration since beginning with Vanarts in 2000. My first big production credit came from my work on the Christmas Orange out of Bardel animation Studios. Since then I have had the opportunity to mentor under some of the top talent in the industry on a variety of TV series, games, and illustration projects. My most influential mentor has been Steve Rabatich, formerly of Pixar Animation Studios, we have worked together numerous times and the knowledge I gain from him is priceless. I look forward to working to work on and with many more talented teams, as I develop as an artist.
